Description

Locally sourced dry aged sirloin with sesame rolls from an amazing local baker, Dukes Bread.  Red wine Sautéed mushrooms and onions with Jarlsberg cheese.  Onion rings and a little fennel to stave off the guilt and aid digestion.

I personally think sirloin is a too noble cut to be minced ad used as a burger. I prefer to use a cut with a better proportion of fat like the hip, so my burgers will always be juicy  :). Great presentation and triming. Nice work :thumbsup:
